We are again taking reservations for the 2010 season


Advanced Reservations policy:

  • Advanced reservations for the following year can be made during your stay.  Registered guests may rebook their own site for the same week(s) only. 
  • The following are the corresponding weeks for 2011-12 waterfront/lakeview site bookings (#5 - 80 and #201-219).

  • For non-waterfront site bookings (#95 - 198 and 220 - 261) the corresponding days for 2011 will be one less day than 2010. For example Sunday July 4, 2010 corresponds with Sunday July 3, 2011.
  • If a guest has not rebooked upon checkout then their site will be released the following morning.  For example a site checking out Saturday will not be released until the office opens Sunday morning.  It can then be reserved by anyone whether they are a guest or not.

Duration of Stay:

  • Reservations for sites #5 - 80 and #201 - 219 are by the week from Saturday to Saturday only.
  • Sites #95-198 and #220 - 261 require a minimum 5 night stay for advanced reservations.
  • Reservations are only suggested during the regular season.

Missing a year:

  • Guests may miss one year and keep their site for the following year if cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival at a social fee equal to half the reservation deposit. A deposit must also be paid for the following year's reservation. Cancellation policy does apply to the cancelled reservation.

Deposit:

  • A deposit is required to hold each reserved site with the balance to be paid upon arrival. Deposits can be made by cheque payable to Wright's Beach Camp or by Credit Card (add 3% for Credit Card deposits).

Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposit less $25 administration fee per site will be refunded with a minimum of 45 days notice prior to the beginning of your reservation.
  • There is no refund if all or part of your site reservation is cancelled with less than 45 days notice prior to the original start date.
  • There will be no refund given for cancellations or changes on reservations confirmed prior to January 7, 2010 for the 2010 season.
  • There will be no refund given for cancellations or changes on reservations confirmed prior to January 7, 2011 for the 2011 season.
  • Cancellation insurance can be purchased for the 2010 season as shown above. When insurance is purchased a reservation can be cancelled for a full refund (less the $25 administration fee) with a minimum 7 days notice prior to the original reservation start date.

  • Number and depth of slide-outs

Arriving with anything other than the information provided may result in refusal of entry with no refund of deposit
